The building serves as the centrepiece of a lifestyle outdoor shopping centre and is designed to offer a unique architectural experience for theatre visitors. The eleven-screen theatre is situated on the second floor for enhanced visibility within the shopping centre, while the ground floor is dedicated to retail, fostering vibrant pedestrian activity. The main entrance exterior facade and interior theatre lobby design capture the double-height space inside the building, providing an impressive arrival experience with a grand entrance. Horizontal sunshade louvers are designed for both functional and aesthetic purposes, contributing to the architectural design. A large open plaza area is planned in front of the building entrance for special events and outdoor activities. The architecture becomes the landmark of the entire shopping centre and serves as a central hub connecting various shopping streets.
