TAK CHAN ARCHITECTURE 

Located at the corner of Johnson Street and Blanchard Street in downtown Victoria, this fourteen-storey building offers 93 one-bedroom and two-bedroom units ranging from 450 to 1,000 square feet, as well as two 1,300 square foot penthouses. It features a three-level underground parkade and street-level retail. The design concept integrates urban living with communities through contemporary articulation and composition in architecture. The architecture is also expressed through a rhythm of proportion and scale, and the interlocking volumes reflect the cultural diversity of the region.
