TAK CHAN ARCHITECTURE 

Located on the east side of Abbotsford, the project is designed as a landmark immediately adjacent to the Trans-Canada Highway. Phase one of the project provides approximately 70,000 square feet of retail space on an 11.5-acre site. Various sizes of retail spaces are designed to accommodate a diverse range of tenants, from large-box retailers to small commercial units. This arrangement is reflected in the architecture, which features a mix of materials and flexible facade designs with interchangeable storefront modules that can be used as individual retail units or combined units. The wide range of building colours and materials enriches the shopping experience and creates a distinctive architectural character for the shopping mall.
