A new entrance design has been introduced to the existing façade, creating a striking and welcoming focal point for the building. This design features a prominent double-height canopy that not only frames the entryway but also elevates the overall arrival experience for visitors and tenants alike. The canopy, with its dramatic proportions, contributes to the animation of the surrounding streetscape, making the building more engaging within its urban context.

 

The material palette has been carefully considered, combining a bright white finish with warm wood textures that provide a balanced visual contrast. These choices harmonize with the tenant’s distinctive red identity, ensuring a cohesive and recognizable presence. The interplay of the interlocking volumes and the layering of materials reinforces a dynamic and contemporary design theme, giving the façade a sense of movement and depth while enhancing the building’s architectural character.
