TAK CHAN ARCHITECTURE

This thoughtful addition revitalizes the appearance of the building without overpowering its original character. In order to respect and accommodate the construction budget for the new retail storefront, a straightforward yet elegant white design feature has been incorporated into the exterior. The use of a crisp white tone delivers a striking visual contrast against the original black metal panels, allowing the new design to capture attention without appearing excessive. This deliberate interplay of light and dark materials not only highlights the building’s modern aesthetic but also reinforces its presence within the surrounding streetscape, making the storefront both inviting and visually engaging.
