The building is planned as the centre piece of a life-style outdoor shopping centre and it is designed to bring a different architectural experience for the theatre visitors. The eleven-screen theatre is located at the second floor for a higher exposure in the shopping centre and the ground floor is used for retail which keeps vibrant pedestrian activities. The main entrance exterior facade and interior theatre lobby design take the advantage of double height space to the second floor and provide an impressive arrival experience with a grand entrance design. Horizontal sunshade louvers are designed for both functional and aesthetic purposes for the architecture. A large open plaza area is planned in front of the building entrance for special events and outdoor activities. The architecture becomes the landmark of the whole shopping centre and it also connects all different shopping streets in one place.
