TAK CHAN ARCHITECTURE 

Located at the corner of Johnson Street and Blanchard Street in downtown Victoria, this fourteen storey building provides 93 one-bedroom and two-bedroom units of 450 sq.ft. to 1,000 sq.ft. and two 1,300 sq.ft. penthouses, a three-level underground parkade and street level retail. The design concept is to integrate urban living with communities through contemporary articulation and composition in architecture. The architecture is also expressed with a rhythm of proportion and scale, and the interlocking volumes reflect the cultural mix in the region.
