TAK CHAN ARCHITECTURE 

Located on the east side of Abbotsford, the project is designed as a landmark immediately beside Trans-Canada Highway. Phase one of the project provides about 70,000 sf retail spaces on an 11.5-acre site. Various sizes of retail spaces for different tenants ranging from big box type to small commercial retail units are designed. Such arrangement is reflected in the architecture which shows a mix of materials and flexible facade designs with different storefront modules which can be used as individual retail and combined units. The wide range of building colours and materials enriches the shopping experience and creates an unique architectural character for the shopping mall.
