TAK CHAN ARCHITECTURE 

A small design touch gives a big impact on the existing facade and recreates a new life for the building. In order to meet the construction budget for the new retail storefront design, a simple new white design element is added on the existing building exterior. The clean white colour creates a strong and dramatic visual contrast to the original black metal panel and makes the new design stand out prominently.
